For some reason I lost oil pressure and bled the lifters dry or something. One of the lifters broke and messed up the lobes on the cam. The shortblock is coming out tomorrow so at the moment I'm looking for an LQ4, oil pump, lifters and a turbo cam. I figured if the block is coming out then I might as well install my turbo kit with an LQ4. If you know anybody looking to sell an LQ4, please let me know. Thanks Zeke....

Thanks.. No racing for me till May next year i guess. I just wish this had happened in late October or early November. What was supposed to start in December as a winter project is going to have to have begin now. Man am i going to have a long and painful winter lol.

My buddy Paul just had a mishap with his Lt1 and just got an Lq9 for 1300 from oil pan to PCM. You can still sell what you won't need. Or just look for a 6L LQ block and get some forged stuff lol. It's never cheap anymore lol. It took me 2 years for my budget build lol.
