This car is my first manual car ever. I can get from point A to B just fine. But want to have fun in my car every once in a while (burnout power shift etc) when it is safe to do so obviously. Also want to take it to the track maybe once a year. Is there somewhere I can go to learn how? Wouldn't mind learning road race techniques either. Right now I'm afraid to try anything because I don't want to do it wrong and ruin my car. I know I'm a noob and a wuss.

How've you been Brandon? Been meaning to call you but have been busy with the newborn.. Anyways, hope all is well and let me know when maybe we can get together and get both our rides cleaned up. Mine is currently under the knife for a full undercarriage sanding/prep for POR15. Hopefully I'll have it back together and my new clutch and whatnot in shortly. Did you get your mods done yet?
I'm also interested in learning the arts of drifting and modern road racing.

Have sub frame connectors. No drive shaft loop yet. Getting parts together for heads cam intake and rear. Already upgraded clutch and transmission. Don't have a helmet. Figured it may be better to learn on a stock car...don't want to break anything too expensive

Have some 11 degree angle ETP CNC 215 heads. Going to get a custom cam done and a 92/92 fast setup. Heard AMS out of Chicago did the best tuning around. But my buddy went to straight line and has never had issues so may go there as well.

Lmao!! Matt D hu? isn't he racing in AMA now lol
Or motoGP LOL.
Just food for thought, When I had my Ls1 I went with TFS 220 as cast heads milled to 59cc's (for an 11.5 compression) a vrx5 cam (wished i had gone bigger) a FAST 90, UMI 90 TB, melling 10296, c5r timing chain, 85mm MAFS, FTP lid and it put down 456 on Straightline's Mustang dyno.
