I'll be checking this more often now that I have an Fbody again haha.

It was depressing reading about nice cars, when you own a nice car and its broken :-(

Matt, do you have a transmission cooler on your car? Like aftermarket? When you put your new trans in, keep the performance converter in it, the new unit will be tough enough to handle it.

Well put Jason! Just make sure they clean it out in case there is some debris in it from the old tranny going out. Hate to see it ruined due to silly stuff like that. Definitly get a cooler if you don't already.

anybody going down to the spring rod run in Pigeon Forge this year? If you haven't been, it is the best car show in the country. Lots of cars and eye candy.

Yeah, every county has had them since last year. There is a blue with white stripes one in Gibson and a Dark Grey one in Knox county. The trooper who drives the one in Knox County is a family friend and the guy with the most tickets gets the GT and has to keep his ticket numbers up so they are always out for the kill.

Legal is 30 in Indiana. Ill probably go 25%. I meant recommendation as in where to get it done. The tint is two different shades and purple on the Golf.

I got an 03 Golf TDI 5 speed. Pretty good little car. Much easier on my back and much better driver for a DD. Plus, the MPG is a HUGE plus. 46 MPG on my first fill up is pretty damn good.

Yeah, Mark Coles is pretty good. My dad trusted them with his street rod, and they also did his 04 Silverado. They both came out awesome.
