Default Suds Cruise-in Greenwood, IN

FYI: the Suds cruise in Greenwood was noted as one of the top 6 cruise-ins in the counrty by Car Craft. there was 3 F-bodys there 2 had mods, and then another 2 just driving around the block millions of times reving engines (1 orange and one red if thats you please stop and talk to me about your mods) more would be great. Ill see you here. just go on main street, follow all the cars to the suds in the valley.

I was at Suds over Memorial Day weekend. Definitley the best spot I've EVER been to. And I was only there for 10 minutes. The place was packed.

Nate, remember the "31" sign you saw on 465 when you came down? You'd take that road south 15 minutes to get to the place, basically. Greenwood is like 20 minutes directly south of Indianapolis.

I was there and drove through once and then parked. Ended up talking to a guy with the orange 69 SS that had the 502 in it after it stalled and wouldn't start again. Definitely one of the best cruises I've been to in the area.

i, along with a few other ls1tech members, hit the suds every weekend weather permitting. as far as drag racing goes, irp runs tuesday night, run anything street legal, track prep really sucks and usually a LOT of cars. also they run test and tune thursday night, which is less crowded and more track prep. tuesday is $15 (unless you get a trader and use the $5 coupon), and i think thursday night is $30. 1/8 mile tracks are brown county dragway (beanblossom, indiana) and et dragway (bloomfield, indiana). both of those 1/8 mile tracks are a couple hours south of indy. street racing usually takes place on us 31 between greenwood and indy on saturday nights between 11-2, sometimes longer. mostly rice lately, though.

Thanks s346k and black01

If i get in the area i want i should be only a few blocks away from there.
I went to visit family thats out there and its walking distance to there place from Suds.
Doesnt look like there is alot of area to cruise though? But the hyw XX thats right down the street from there looks nice.
When i get out there i will have my '87 GTA Ls1 swap done and my formula will be sold.
How is the scene? Maybe F-bodys around? whats some of the quickest cars out there?
Do you know of any Auto crossing around there? How about SCCA tracks?
Thanks again !

No emissions testing, tint checking is random, and no front license plates.

Why and how much are you selling your formula for. some of the quickest cars around are pullied cobras and modded z06's. there are a lot of mustangs around and not to many f-bodies. would you be willing to split up the supercharger from the car?

I just parted the procharger, i havent updated my sig...A guy traded me a complete (2000) ls1 with 40,000 miles and $1300 cash for my procharger set up and delivered it. I couldnt pass that up.
The formula is almost stock now. (321hp/348tq)
The GTA is getting painted sunset orange metallic as we speak. Its gonna have z06 brakes, chrome z06 wheels... and the motor is gonna have Afr 205cc heads, TSP Ms3 cam, ls6 intake...etc... 6 speed car...suspension is getting the complete make over... It will be nice when i am done...hoping got 450hp N/A and then spray a 150 on top of that for the hard chargers.
When i blow that up...a 402 ls2 is gonna go in.
The car will be set up for road race and drag.
