it's getting busyer than ever, just the cops are cracking down on burnouts by the bigchief...but they are in the works for a 1 lane closure fore stationary burnouts, and revving...should be a blast.

i've been there the last 2 years...last year i had the hawk down there.

2 years ago was awesome with all the burnouts in front of the big chief, had an awesome spot to sit, and with some beer, friends, and hot girls walkin the streets, it was a blast.

Last year it was still fun but without the burnouts it took away a lot of the fun. But yea, i also heard they were going to be closing off some street or something like that for just burnouts for a couple hours, which would be pretty sweet, but personally i think it was much better in front of the big chief, and it really didnt slow traffic down too much since everybody who was in the dells that weekend was there to see fast cars anyways.

Anyways...if a bunch of people from ls1tech are going down there, we should all meet up or something, theres a 99% chance i'll be taking the hawk down there again this year

id love to come to come down but not sure if the stang will make it being ford and all J/k maybe luck will be on my side for once and I will FINALLY get my F body 3 times a charm(hopefully) sounds like a pretty fun little cruise compared to anything going on in wausau

Wausau!, nothing but imports in that town, well almost. I live about a 1/2 hour from there and can't believe half the cars I see when I'm there. Anyway, last year in the dells was a blast, def. going again. If they block off a street to mess around, I will be there for sure!

i couldn't agree more with that statement that's why im trying to sell the stang and buy a real car to show those **** whats up we do have a couple of ls1 in town

unfortunate5.0 - Anybody w/ some quick mustangs or Camaro's u know of? I know another guy on this board is from that area and he mentioned there were a select few imports that actually were pretty quick.

a quick stang not mine thats why its for sale j/k my buddys got a pretty stout lt1 cam exaust bolt on's seems like the fastest stang was at the ice drags in merrill saturday doesn't seem like there are anything real impressive up here besides the ls1's damn lancer evo's beating up on the 5.0s merrill ice drags are the **** only good thing about wisconsin winter

Me, 1FastZ28, and evergreen0077 all have LS1's in wausau, evergreen0077 just finished intalling heads and a cam last weekend. I know a couple other guys with LS1's in town, not sure on how modded they actually are though

would you wanna meet up and cruise down there with the stangs i could get about 6 or so stangs and maybe an lt1 and POSSIBLY my ls1 if i can ever get my **** togetther and decide on which ******* car I want.. taxes are done there's a good down payment only got to get rid of the x 10 daMN DID HE DYNOand tune the car yet im interested in the results

The swap turned out good, a lot of cussing along the way, but that goes without saying. And we are always up for cruising anywhere with a big group. and no, he probably won't dyno it until spring when the salt is off the roads.

...We are always up for "rice burning" up here...seeing as there is so much of it around Wausau.

the head cam swap is all done, it was quite the experience. ill be having it dyno tuned as soon as the weather warms up and the salts off the roads. i am going to have to swap a different muffler into my loudmouth though, it is extremly loud right now. heres a link to a little video of my car idleing right after the swap.

the show in the dells sounds like a good time. ill most likely be there as well as the car craft summer nats in minneapolis and of course iola.

Cool, sounds like there might be a decent showing of people hitting up the Dells. I can't wait to go to the dells, hell, i can't wait to drive my car again!!
