Default Central IL GTG 9/3/06

We can do this at my house in Congerville. We are 1/2 way between Bloomington and Peoria off of I74, We have 5 acres of play land with some great areas for pictures if you like.

I was thinking about setting up the volley ball net and getting a keg. Bring whatever you want to throw on the grill. Just a nice day to sit back and relax.

Let me know if you can make it.

I might be able to make it. My sister is getting married on the 2nd...I might be busy on the 3rd with post wedding BS...I'll just have to see if I can sneak away for a bit.

Would like to make it but I'll have to wait and see. Mike version 2.0 is expected to make his/her debut around that time.

Bad news for me, as usual. Lost 3rd and 4th on the brand new tranny. Looks like I may be a no-show with the car, anyway. Grrr!

Mine is up and running. It needs some gear and a converter change and we'll be there.

It's soooo quiet you can barley hear it run If your a few miles away.

I have a running car; smokes an awful lot right now. Unless I get a miracle fix here in the next 4 days I won't have the car to drive this weekend

Steve, can we schedule this for a little later in the month? Seems like most of our cars are down right now.

We could do that. We can still have whatever on the 3rd as well.

I'm definitely down for later in the month as well...too much stuff going on the first few weekends in September.

I think most of the test/tune at Cordova are Friday nights in September, but I would be up for that if some of you guys are.

I also concur with Nick, later this month is better for me. The 16-17 weekend would work pretty good for me. Hopefully the TA (aka smokemobile) will be finished and running properly.

I need to hurry up and order my slicks for my rear prostars...then I'll be ready to hit up the track. A nice day with some cool temps would be great.

The LS1 shootout at 41 looks interesting. Heads up pro tree. Could be fun. That is 9/23. I need to get out and put on a few more test runs before then.

What size slicks are you getting?

I have made some progress...but no. I just have some wiring to figure out, but no time to do it.
