My best street trie 60 there is a 2.1.

Best 60 I have heard of on a street night was a 1.8 LOL.

Could be better, thats just the fastest I have heard of.

2 years ago I was there a lot for Tuesday nights. The past couple of years, I haven't been able to. Seems like the car always broke down during the season. If it wasn't the tranny, it was the motor or vice versa.

Should be able to get back there more this year since I've added a 12 bolt although I'm not expecting too much time wise. Best 60' I've cut there on Tuesday nights was a 1.87 with ET streets. This was with my stalled auto.

I wanted to go tomorrow but I wont be able to. I will however be going in the next month before I do my headers,X, and intake so I can see some comparisons.

Go to IRP on a Thursday night test and tune. It costs a little more, but the track is sprayed and prepped, less cars, not a bunch of idiots stopped in the wrong place blocking getting back to the pits.

Or come out on a Saturday or Sunday bracket race and enter a real race and maybe learn something.

He speaks the truth. I went one on street night and will never ever go again, not even watch.

Get some stickies and go on a prep day.

Its misleading.

As long at its a slick, et street, or drag radial you are fine.

I made it out to IRP last tuesday (opening night), I actually had issues of hooking too well. I managed to bog the car almost every run...still only did a best of 2.0 60'

Sounds like maybe you are not spinning the motor high enough. Car gets a little out of the hole and boggs down.

Mustang, yeah its like $25 or $30.
