are we still on for the oct 22? how many cars.....what time???? the basement should be done by then ...ps3 120" screen and pool table and air hockey.....come one come all......whoever wants thier *** kicked on madden 08 must come over....you have not played ps3 till you have played it ona' 120" screen it is very intense......

Attn. LS1 RX-7 Owners!! i know of 2 ls1 rx-7 in this area, and i am just wondering if they happy with there tune and if not, maybe looking to upgrade. let me know. thanks

Cost To Race Is $40.
Open Racing: 10:15am.-1:30pm.
Bracket Racing: 1:30pm.-3:00pm.
Awards/closing: 3:00pm.
All Cars Must Have Seat Belts.
Long Pants And Closed Toe Shoes To Race.
Helmets Required For Vehicles Faster Than 14sec And 100mph+.

Congrats, Bob. Now I've got a new target....
Maybe, Wednesday will bring a second 9 second et to the list. Chad says I need more gear now that the converter locks in 3rd. We'll see.

Yes, we did it at the house of hook! On one run the car broke loose in 3rd gear and hit the rev limiter, which was set at 8000 rpm! We lowered the limiter after that run... We couldn't get any traction using the tranny brake, foot braking it was the only way we could get it to launch, and even then we only did a 1.57 60 ft. The converter is not holding, the car sounded like a snowmobile. It was going through the traps at 7200 rpm, it should be going through at a much less rpm with 325 drag radial 28" tall tires and a 3.70 gear. We're going to swap converters before Memphis if we can come up with one. Bob

Attn. LT1 owners? i have been getting alot of interest in lt1 tuning in are town, unfortnately chad@GLM doesn't tune lt1s. but i have interest in bringing bryan herter from @pcmforless.com for a dyno/tune day. with all the ls/lt stuff going on, i have 3 people who need lt1 tunes, and it takes 5 cars to have bryan come over and do tunes. so all you lt1 guys let me know if anyone is interested. thanks.
