KCIR (Kansas City, MO) Hotels? We will be traveling to KCIR in August and would like to get some suggestions on hotels around the track. Where is the best place to stay? Also, where are the best places to get good food and drinks? Any other info is greatly appreciated.

Thanks! I'll check it out. I found a Holiday Inn on 4825 NE Lakewood Way in Lees Summit, MO. Do you know anything about that area? The map said that it is 4 miles away from the track.

Pinks. We don't want to end up in a bad neighborhood, but at the same time we don't want to get into a hotel that is overly strict. We are bringing a large (and probably noisy) group.

Is the "all out" part being filmed saturday as well? Knowing when everything gets started on saturday would be good to know. I'm only 4 hours from KC so I might just drive down early Sat. morning.
