Should be a good summer needless to say! And since your car runs HARD, I want a piece of it. lol
B/c I know for a fact that it went mid 10's last year on a shot, and I doubt you let it sit all winter and didn't touch it at all.
I'll Be waiting to see what it runs this year!

Damn man, That sux... Well I would still like to run you on motor against you on the juice. If you run it this year.
If not, No biggie. I'm just looking to have a little better competition this year. I'd like to be beat or at least have a few good runs this year. (That's what it's all about right?)

Went to the track last night and didn't try to break any records or parts. I just took the car out and tried to get a feel for how the car responds to the new tires and tune. I have a lot of work mentally and physically to get the car where it should be. I had a blast pulling Honda quality passes. high ETs with even higher trap speeds.
I don't know about you F-body guys last night but my car skating down the track as soon as I made more than 10psi of boost.

so im confused..was harbs the one wanting to race Cobrasnake2003?? bc if he was i dont understand why he said he was gonna beat him and he ran a 12.2 and from what i understand cobrasnakes 03 ran high elevens with pulley and exhaust. not trying to stir it up again just wondering!

Went for a ride ssmith512's blue beast last night. We passed a girl in a grandam while waving thru the front windshield. Yep its got some uh traction issues, as in no traction. But on rolling tip in I believe I now know what it must be like in a F1 car under acceleration. I kept waiting for the G-forces to let up on my chest, but it just kept pushing more and more. I thought kennebell or whipple cars were sick have so much torque all the way across the powerband, but a high powered N/A is crazy town.

Not to mention, With a small shot on it, I think it would dip into the 11.2x to 10.xx range! Then, I think we'll see a good race between him and your buddy in the Cobra. But not gonna comment anymore... Don't want to stir the pot, or bench race here.

I Can't be the only person on tech that hasn't ran at ORP this year. lol j/k Good Luck with the car man, I think you'll be surprised when you hit the 1/4 mile track again. Especially Muncie...

yeah i think the rearend is fine on the straight away, i took it apart, didnt see anything major through it back together and said F it, ill be at a 1/4 track soon.. no street tires either.. get a good number than throw a 150 hit to it!

thats what im talkin about!!! i jus wanted to to make a couple motor passes and see what it ran to last year...i wasnt out to make times that everybody could be like damn!!!about....but 2.033 60ft and ran 12.2s at 118mph with street tires sounds good to me..i could only launch at 2700 rpm i tried 3 and it didnt want to hook..i got more time slips also and every one is has 118mph.... i ran a 12.6 at 118 and a 12.5 at 118....jus need tires and more power...i had a 2.2 60ft on my 12.5 run and like 2.3 on my 12.6 run...but im happy and ill be ready for the cobra come july 3rd or whenever after..

i need to find a new differential for the 9". spool doesnt sound good for the street, and truetrac doesnt like the track, and a locker is to noisy, lol doesnt leave me with many options haha. but harbs ill be up in gwood soon, also what was your trap int he 1/8th?
