well someting went wrong with my engine yesterday and ppl on the forum are saying it might be a spun bearing.. but i dont know who to ask to look at it or do the work on it? any ideas

Speed Inc.....they do good work
I'm sure they can take a look at it and give you a better idea of what it may need....but no one can tell you 100% until the engine is taken apart...

drop the oil pan. see whats in there. see metal? not good.
as for the extent of the damage...can't tell without taking the engine apart. start with checking for metal in the oil. good luck, i hope its just a fluke.
