I'll get one for ya tomorrow. Don't want to **** the neighbors off quite yet
My bike as is vs a stock 929:
929 has 2 more whp, 9 more wtq, weighs 10 lbs more.
Stock with a pro rider the 929 runs a 10.31 @ 134.50, mine stock with a pro rider runs 10.38 @ 135.6
So all in all, pretty close for a little 600
I didn't know it was on "the squeeze", and find it quite ironic. I was under the impression that "squeezing" a "tangerine" would end in a less than desirable outcome for said tangerine...............................but then I found 5 dollars

That thing ALMOST looks half way decent compared to the same colored CRX with Supra tail lights, jacked up intercooler, no front bumper, and bondo waves you can see at night from across the parking lot. It looks like a special ed art project gone horribly HORRIBLY wrong

Hey all,
I just picked up a copy of Greg Banish's DVD (Calibrated Success) on LSx tuning (for 200 dollars... OUCH!). Mainly because it has the injector information for the 33, 36, 42, 60 and 80(83) pound injectors to actually get the timing right instead of using VE table hacking.
I don't know that anyone else here does their own tuning, but if anyone wants a look at the DVD when I'm done, let me know. The big deal of it is the advanced injector tables, though it looks to be a pretty solid all around video (and damn well should be for the price).

It amazes me how in 2002 when GM killed the Camaro and Firebird sales started dropping and continued to plummit like some stock line from the great depression. And yet, now when they bring back the Camaro, and it sells out at most dealerships going for several thousands over sticker price, that they still continue not to pursue further means of delivering $25,000-$35,000 potent sports cars. No offense to anyone who owns a GTO or G8, but they are not what GM needs to sell to the vast majority of people out there that want a sports car. Those that want a sports car want more than a 4 door sedan or a car that looks like an upgraded Grand Prix with a V8 in it. They want something that looks like an all out sports car as well.
I also think there's a market for 4 cylinders out there. I just think they would help their own company by realizing the selling power a good GM V8 sports car like the new Camaro.

Scott,
Okay, you got me, a bunch of 4 cylinders and 2 V6s. Woo.
Ben,
I hear what you're saying, but I don't think there is much market in the V8 two door coupe. The Camaro, Mustang and Challenger pretty well lock it down. Adding another one is probably just going to cut into Camaro sales without cutting into Mustang sales much (Challenger sales suck, so who cares).
The V6 and V6 RWD cars like the G8 (and upcoming Caprice) should have a lot more market, but even at best, they're small potatoes. The Impala/Malibu/Cobalt are the money makers, car wise, and I think FWD with an AWD option is where the market is going.
GM didn't tank because they didn't have a muscle car. GM tanked because they built poorly assembled, low quality cars that people didn't want to buy, at higher prices than the competition. 2001 Malibu? Pontiac Aztec? SSR? Seriously? Ugh.
They're finally getting sorted out (by following what the imports are doing) and hopefully they'll keep making a V8 coupe, but I wouldn't hold my breath for much more to come out in that vein that doesn't say Cadillac on it.
That said, I wish that wasn't the case, but for the sake of GM, it has to be.

I understand there was more to it than just the death of the Camaro and Firebird, but killing them off hurt them as well.
This is kind of an oldie, but if you haven't seen it before, its awesome!

I just had quite quite the interesting drive home in the purple Civic after running some errands. Robbie ricer-fly-bys my *** and then cuts me off, and shortly there after I'm right behind Kenny on the on ramp to 69, but not for long... I've never seen an H2 go so damn fast in my life, and I was awe struck at the way it handles on the dubs while whipping in and out of traffic and passing in the berm, with me attempting but failing miserably to keep up Ah good times

I dig what you're saying Ben.
My car decided to be a dick today. In fact, I've been having odd issues tuning it since the new motor went in.
Issue? Cracked eyelet on one of the three grounds at the back of the engine block. Grr... will fix it tomorrow.
