Lucas and I got my old motor pulled and started swapping a few things over to the new one. Just need to figure out what to do about the header problem, a few other little projects and the new one will be ready to drop in! Not 100% sure what to do with the fuel rail and plumbing for the FAST 102. Most of it will swap over but a few items need addressed.

JPH is the man for the job...hit him up. What about after market rails and run a new feed line to it and a crossover? if that makes sense.

Drove the car today to check out the intial clean up of the mail order tune. So far great results, car pulls hard, no idle issues. Cold start will be fixed tomorrow morning. Will see what the dyno says Saturday...driveability to Steve Frost

Its still for sale...needed to get a decent tune in it before letting it go...if someone were to be interested in it. Planning on getting the nitrous up and going as well. Maybe, who knows.

What was your latest bottom dollar on it? Quarter million, IIRC?

Only if it was a Mazda with one off fabrication, 4 turbo changes and a big ice box....1/4 million maybe

$13,500 without Nitrous

$14,500 with Nitrous

Bottom Dollar

Well, the trans is making some ominous noises. Figures. Nate's planning on trailering it to RPM this week. Of course this happens after the cruise, and new diamond earrings for Julie, and two new cars, and .....

Don't know whats up yet, so I'm not in full panic mode. We'll let them check it out and go from there. Not willing to give up OD, so it's either a full-tilt 60 (which is what RPM suggested) or an 80. Now where did I leave those home equity line checks?!

Man, an 80 would seem like a nice "set it and forget it" type of thing, but RPM knows their stuff, for sure.

My water pump is spitting coolant... ugh. Ordered up a Meziere street pump and associated fittings.

This **** is getting expensive. I'm going to sell it and take up knitting.
