Haha, I'm trying like mad to get my car going, but I'm not sure it'll be ready. (Un)fortunately I sold my injectors. That's good, because now I have money to pay for the new injectors. That's bad, because now I have to tear apart the dash, wire in the injector controller and retune for them. That's really bad, because the plugs I need to do that wiring just shipped from Virginia this morning, USPS.

If all my **** comes in this weekend, I should have enough time for some tuning and sorting.

This is a friendly call-out to you. Track Rental 21st, would like to do digs with you on a nicely prepped track surface so all 8 stages of my nitrous will hook when we race. Also - don't be surprised if the mad scientist has to tear my car apart and replace the piston rings I fry.

I hope so. LMK if I can help in any way. I just tuned my FD and it runs great. You have a nasty hole in your fuel map. Lengthen the nawz timing a millisecond and you'll be running nines.

My car was running in exactly two weeks since we spoke.
Since you were expecting me to take longer than that and seemed somewhat uninterested in racing me, in didnt push the subject.
No big deal...it's not the end of the world if we never get to race at all.
Besides, I've been a little preoccupied with school (i go to school in indy), making sure they had all the paperwork going so i can graduate this spring.

I'd rather not race if there is anything wrong with either of our cars, we dont want to be stranded on the side of the interstate because we couldn't wait for proper running cars.
We can wait.
I drive a car with the most tempermental engine in existence...trust me, I'm patient.

I was out like 3 weeks in a row after the two week period and you were never out. I even stopped once and asked at Bobicks and they said you still weren't out.

My car doesn't have a running issue, its just a shifting issue. Specifically it is difficult to shift quickly. Its no show stopper for me, as I tracked the car just last weekend and made plenty of laps.

Anyways, tonight seems like it is out with the rain, but maybe next weekend.

I think Adam Wright and I are planning on the track rental day on the 21st. The only thing that would sway me away is the weather. I'm wanting to catch a cool day for once.

I don't know if I will be working that day or not yet.

If you want to race though, it would not be a good one at the track as my times are poor and do not accuratly reflect the cars potential. My car has always performed a million times better on the street.

Street tire vs street tire would be the best way to go for me.

Streetrace is just fine with me.
I just cant handle a slow roll...I obviously have no torque until around 5k.
I'd rather dig than do a slow roll.
