Hey y'all. Moving out to the area in early January. Anyone got any recommendations for a realtor to talk to or have a good link to rentals in the area? Looking to stay on the west side of town. Wanting to find a rental house that's 3 br, hopefully 2 bathroom, MUST HAVE a 2 car garage.

My home is for sale, fits your needs perfectly. Any reason why you are set on renting? Renting a home around here with your requirements will cost anywhere from $200-$500 more/month than a mortgage.

He knows, but he will need to find a rental, not one for sale. Thanks on his behalf though. He is a good friend, and I have also been trying to help find him a place.
