Wow...such a small corps! I was under RCT-7 in 2004-2005. I was probably riding in one of jarheadtx's AAVs. I wouldn't be surprised it you weren't one of our attachments lol. I know HASTINGS too. We were stationed at Lejeune together, I remember having lunch at Andy's with you, Anthony, "Dubz" and the guy with the now crazy huge turbo pewter TA...I can't remember his name, I think it was Mark or something like that.

Currently deployed with the 26 Marine Expeditionary Unit, going on 3 years in our beloved Corps, I'm a 0651, I've been gone since late Aug and hoping to get back to the states in May. I'm stationed out of Camp Lejeune, NC with 8th Comm BN. I got a 99 Camaro Z28 hardtop red with black top. Also most done making it an SS. Finally getting the money to do what I want with it. 00-present. I just got my first njp thanks to an ******* former Marine Illinois state trooper emailing my driving record to my SgtMaj. He just cost me $3,000 for "looking out for a fellow Marine".

Your first and you've been in since 2000?! I came in in 2002 and got my first one in 2006 lol. I went ahead and got it out of the way early lol. I think it helped me out (no loss of rank, no restriction, just had to pay for an RCO one of my Marines lost) because I'm a true DICK about accountability in my shop now.

Quantico was my last duty station. The hobby shop there never used to charge me for anything. Hell, that was the best part of quantico.

When did you leave Quantico? I've been here about 2 1/2 years. I actually work at the hobby shop lol. I figured as much as I was in there, I might as well get paid for it.

****, I got in in 2002 and got my first and only NJP in 05 ON THE DAY I was supposed to get my Good Cookie. Didn't stop me from getting Sergeant less than a year later! Besides, even Chesty said every good Marine should have at least 2 NJPs.

Former Cpl of Marines here. 5 years in JVegas as a 6116/6018/and a 6199. Flew all over Iraq in the Osprey, 08-09 timeframe. Broke down about every time we visited Korean Village. Flew the CMC in my bird on Christmas 08. Helped move Marines out of Fallujah when they stood down there. Almost died over Baghdad when we split a section of Apaches one night.

Just moved back home and starting college next month, wouldn't mind throwing the uniform back on someday though.

...me on the 240

...and my 99 z28, the nicer one of the two.

^ Great looking Camaro! Nice pics too. I never DID get a chance to ride in an Osprey, even after they gave us nice new lighter titanium howitzers made to be transported by the V-22. I was hoping we'd do some kind of insertion training or something with em. And when I was in Iraq, way back when, the Osprey wasn't even seen in theater. Cool *** MOS you had!
