I usually am the last jump on the "oh, but think about the poor children" bandwagon, but... Holy ****, woman. You have a kid in the back seat of a car you have no business driving without a seatbelt... and you decide to be reckless anyway? Wow.
If that woman dies from her injuries, she will have done it to herself. The passenger probably had an opportunity to tell the driver to knock it the **** off. The kid, on the other hand, didn't have a say in the matter.
If that woman lives, she should be charged with negligence or something.
