Default Electron Blue Metallic Camaro PHOTOSHOOT!!!

Well I finally got around to shooting some pics of my cars new paint job. I had to wait 30 days to put polish/wax on it... I put only one coat of Z2 on it a couple weeks ago, washed it earlier today, and hunted for a place to shoot. The first few pics are in the DIY car wash thing.

I will be going back to this same spot in the next day or two for some daytime pic's.

These pics have no editing at all and are shot with a point and shoot on a tripod and various ISO settings. The last one is my favorite.

here's a really fast edit I attempted (still learning how to edit).

Man, the tripod really helped a lot huh! Those pics turned out really nice!

Since you have the tripod, next time you take some pics around that time at night, set the ISO to 100 or 200, and the shutter speed to oh... I dunno... about 6" (seconds), and then use the self-timer. My camera has a 10 second one, and a 2 second one. I use the 2 second one so my finger doesn't wiggle the camera when I press the button. I think 6" will be bright enough that your car should still look a medium blue color instead of navy like those last few shots.

Can't wait to see the daytime pics. If you're going to be using the tripod for them, I suppose the only thing worth changing from auto mode is putting the ISO at 100 or 200. Other than that, I never change anything for daytime shots (if I change anything at all).

Here's a quick Photoshop correction on your first two pics. The foglight kinda blinded the camera, so there's not much I could quickly do.

The other ones are too dark to mess with color correcting. The color won't pop, but the green light will lol.

Same with me, I went to edit my post, and it said the thread didn't exist. Luckily I copy and pasted it over to here.

ya most the shots I posted were on 200 ISO setting. I dont think my camera has a shutter speed but I used the self timer on all of these pictures as well... I cant wait to get the daytime pics up! As you can see I parked in front of a no parking area garage so ill probably have to wait till the place is closed on the weekend to take the daytime shots... Ill definately run over there tomorrow to check it out though.

I really appreciate all the help you have given me on how to shoot Brangeta... obviously it helped ALOT!

Thanks for all the comments guys!

Would be better if you did some daytime shots! The color temp of the lighting present in your pics is going to throw the camera off unless you put it to that white balance. Otherwise I'd do daytime shots so you can really show off that pretty color!

I absolutely love that color! Great job. The tails look amazing too! Only thing I'd change would be the hood.
