Default New exhaust.. Kooks LTs, catted Y, GMMG. A few clips

Finally got this setup together after having it sit in my house for months. I am more than pleased although many say that its way too pricey. The kooks tuck up nicely along with their Y pipe and then match it with the GMMG and it screams at WOT. well, hope you guys like it!

Small clip i took myself in a parking lot

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xk0cGIVl4Eo

and a WOT flyby clip. I know its dark but its mostly for audio anyway

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WqAAk...eature=channel

I think the setup should only sound better as time goes on. a little break in time will help. am i right?

thanks for the compliments guys. It is pricey, along with the kooks, but i am a college student who lives at home and i work five days a week as a server. so in a couple months with paying basically no bills, i was able to save up for this combo. I consider myself fortunate cause im 20 years old with no bills, but i did live on my own at one point, so being able to blow all my money on my car now is awesome!

I would spend that kinda money on CORSA again... I lost my corsa set up in favor for the STS kit 3 years ago... GMMG exhaust does sound awesome, but the Corsa sounds "cleaner" in my opinion... I won't be using either, I have a snail under the hood now, dumped downpipe

Car sounds great bro!

Lol, havent you noticed the Ls1tech bandwagoners, nutswinger clubs.

GMMG is loud and raspy, anyone who says other wise is deaf. Why do ya think people started to put Borla XR1s and other cans in their intermediate pipe.

Here's a clip of my car when I just had a cam in it (with cats).
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wpkrU-XoxmI

I also have clips on the dyno, H/C no cat's, its gets pretty loud up top.

As far as being loud and raspy, no **** it's loud, and it's not raspy. If you pull the cats out any exhaust is raspy in comparison. Other wise the GMMG is not raspy in the least bit.

So it's like $700, whoopdedo, every other quality exhaust is in the same ball park. You either like it or you don't. It's a quality piece that will last forever and nothing can imitate the sound. I've heard guys try to make their "chambered" exhaust and while they don't sound bad it doesn't sound the same.

It's all in what you like, but you certainly get what you pay for, I'd buy it again if i had too and I've had it on my car for over 6.5yrs.

Sounds pretty raspy. I have the same setup, but I have a merge in my Y-pipe and it cut the rasp down A LOT! I should make some drive by vids...

Your welcome

I had a bunch more vids on the LSX streetfire sight but they took the sight down.

I put this one up this year on the dyno without cats.
http://videos.streetfire.net/video/D...yno_684521.htm

Here's a run at the track with the same configuration as the old video (cam only w/ cats) His car had a cutout small cam and 100 shot and was a lot louder.
http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fu...ideoid=9239951

I got an incar camera mount a few years ago and have been meaning to take some video of in car driving and I never got around to it.
