That's weird.. I was expecting the gto to kill the fbody. The gto is a ls2 cammed with looks like skinnies up front and drag radials out back? And the fbody is just boltons.. not even a cam? What power is each car putting down?

That's absolutely what I was thinking... I understand a slight weight difference but the GTO was packin' way more than enough power to make up for that.

Im thinkng the same but the gto needs a driver mod too.

holy slow shifter fist race you can tell he starts in the wrong gear out of his powerband and he shifts slower then my mother when she drives my car

I don't think the Camaro had the juice but he did have the advantage of racing someone who can't shift. That GTO should have beat him easily everytime.
