Actually, that guy did die, later on that night in the hospital. He was mentally handicapped. This is Steve-O's career ender vid I believe. Or one of them skater guys. That guy who was swinging the skateboard was put into prison. Not sure how many years, quite a bit though. It wasnt Steve-O. Just the name of the vid.

That guy didn't die. That incident happened in south Texas. Another unrelated incident happened in a northern state where a guy was killed. There was a huge thread on this at the other board.
