They need to learn how to break a window. Small center punch or screwdriver with pressure applied to a corner and the glass will break. You can wear yourself out with that baton. I have seen an axe bounce off and hit the guy in the head. All has to do with the properties in the glass.

Seriously, WTF is up with the cops pointing a gun at the gun and using the barrel of a gun to try breaking the glass while keeping it pointed at the driver? I would have driven away too! That cop could have easily discharged the weapon and killed someone. For what? Failure to maintain a lane? I'd say leading the cops on an hour and a half chase while swerving around spike strips is proof enough he hadn't had too much to drive.
Damn strong window though.

haha the cops were sooo concerned with using spike strips to pop his tires and using their guns to break the glass, that they didn't even think to shoot out his tires while he was stopped! HAHA! those officers should be reprimanded for their stupidity and/or lack of competence.
unless there's some rule i don't know about regarding the use of their weapons that prevented them from taking such action...

I vote to get rid of all dash cams in police cars so they can actually do something instead of hiding behind rules. Cops are scared to take the necessary actions. NFL football players are scared to hit hard because of a fine. Ugh. end mini rant.
Shoulda shot that mother fk.
