Switzer Performance stage 1 kit

Pics, I know it's a lot of pics. I'm a visual guy, I love pics. I don't have any dyno number. They've done so many of these kits I'm happy with his estimate. Factory the average is 380 at the wheels, with the stage 1 the average is 480 AWHP. It's around 1 to 1.3 bar

Thanks for the pics...it's very interesting to see how everything is plumbed on those. I've never really been around one, so it's nice to see something different for a change.

Agreed, and I'm sure they've thought about it already, but I'm suddenly worried for you about hot turbos and deep puddles. Those things are low.

Believe it or not there are several guys on the Porsche boards with over 200k miles on the clock. One guy has 314,000 miles and you would be surprised at how little he has actually had to repair. I'm glad you guys like it, wasn't sure how it would be received. I've had a bunch of LS cars and a turbo Buick. It's kind of scary having something I'm not real familiar with, but it's also a nice change.

Here's an engine shot. Once you pop out that air box there's quit a bit exposed.

It had to be jacked up by the wheels just to get it on the lift.

I have a little idle video, but it's from my cell phone and not real good. I'll get the wife to shoot a drive by and post it up.

Have you had much of a chance to drive it after your mods? I'm curious to see how much of a difference it made (knowing it was probably a LOT).

It's been raining like crazy around here, I've still been driving it every night to work. Life is too damn short, had too many cars I never drove to keep them nice. Now, some other guy has it, lol.

Anyway, it's like night and day. The car is really hard to launch if you short shift 1st and flog it in 2nd it rips your face off. I'm very happy, usually I don't get past 3/4 throttle just not used to it yet. It's not like I haven't had fast cars or anything. My vette ran 11's and this thing made that feel slow. I'm really amazed at what was on tap.

Awesome pics! Keep them coming, and agree, very refreshing to see something else for a change. Have much respect for 911 TTs! Exhaust looks sexy as well, post some finished pics and sound clips!

My best friend has a Black 05 twin turbo and that car is all around amazing.. Its like luxury/performance/style in one package. We drove it down to Houston and back in the heat and beat on it with the AC on all weekend and it ran perfect. Love Porsches!
