I wanted to hate it because I think a GN should always be a turbo 6, but I just can't. It definitely got better when I saw that there was still a turbo sitting under hood.

if it makes anyone feel better the old turbo 6 motor was in there for many year and rewarded me with 9 second et's, lol here is a pic of the old motor. it was time to move on as pushing that 6 in the 9's always ended up with me breaking it.

Your GN has a tremendous amount of great character, dude! If you haven't done so already, you should submit pictures of it to some car magazines like "GM High-Tech Performance" for display in the readers' rides section. Great job!

have been in talks with someone from GMHTP about the car but no bites at the moment for anything with it. i have ran it in the 1/4 and on 19psi and pump gas its been in the mid 150's mph wise at 3700lbs. ony had a couple of passes before lap top died on me and i could not datalog it with the boost turned up. thanks for the kind words so far guys hope to be at track again soon with the boost turned up a couple pounds and with the newly installed trans brake. i threw this thread up in the FI sectin as well for the turbo guys

My thought's exactly.

What trans is in it? And what's the best time on the new setup?
