Looks like maintenance didn't close the door properly, judging by how it rotated upwards and caused no damage to the engine. I *think* that "trans cooler" is the FADEC/EEC for it. I have no idea what kind of plane/engine that is though...can't think of any low-bypass fans that are that close inboard in a modern jet.
