honestly i cant blame him for shifting like that!!! i mean i would want my **** to last he was beating him neways!!! now if there is money on the line or ar is a lil older or whatnot then ya!! he prolly broke after buying the car!!!

He had missed a shift to 3rd earlier that day and said it scared the crap out of him. So he was purposely shifting slow.
I know where he's at, 'cause I've missed third a TON of times in this car (far more than any other car I've driven) and it psyches me out too. In fact, I'm permanently scarred in my Z06 now, for shifting to 3rd lol

That was my car racing the C6 and 600. There are a few reaons I shifted so slow. 1) What Lankhoss said above and 2) I have raced this guy a few times before and beat him granny shifting...
So need to strain my car when I don't have to.
I wanted to shift fast the first run we had (Not caught on tape, which was the run I tried to speed shift into third) just to see how much of a difference it would have made from our previous races, but after I missed the shift and heard a bunch of noises, I said screw it, lol.
