Default Pictures of my motor swap in progress

only about 2 hours into it so far...






And anyone know what these go to? they wern't plugged into anything..

I am not positive but I think the plugs go to the AIR pump?

Fresh lt1, stock short block, ported/polished heads, lunati cam ( don't have the specs on me, but its big ) and just about everything else stock besides exhaust and cai.

car looks very nice. that would be sweet to put a LS1 in there. either way very nice car i like the rims. i have the same ones

what did you unbolt, to drop the motor like that? I couldn't remember off hand..

My friend has had a 64 nova for the longest time, its in the back of his garage and this was the lt1 that was going in it, hince the choppy cam for the old school sound. when he heard I needed a motor he told me he'd put this one together and sell it to me for cheap, since he wanted to go turbo ls1 in the nova I think...

I unbolted everything really, left it all attached to the motor, and then unbolted the shock towers and six k member bolts and lift the car off of the k member with the motor still attached, then you use a engine hoist to remove the motor from the sub frame..
