It must be a joke. I mean the part where he did the drive by and they showed the speedometer it read 40mph. now he cant seriously think that 40mph is fast so,I'm guess its a joke. It has to be.Who's that stupid

On a funny side note I saw a black Hyundai 2 door today with a 6" Tach and a shift light with black steelies and the same bad mesh grille. Even had a fart can and stickers.
