Default *PICS* My Carb'd 2002 CE Trans Am

Here are a few pics of my carbureted 2002 Collector Edition TA. I'm running a Victor Jr with the Edelbrock control box and a AED 750 carb. It also has PRC 5.3 heads, MS3, forged rods and pistons, TH350 w/ 3500 stall, and 4.11 gears in the rear. The power steering and AC have been deleted along with a lot of weight reduction

I love it and it feels so much stronger than it did with EFI and a 6 spd. So much easier to tune and work on

As requested. I didn't want to cut the Ram Air hood so I found one off a V6 car and cut it. I am going to mold a extended Sunoco scoop(extends to windshield) to it. This is going to be temporary until I get some money for a extended lift off ram air hood this summer

Who needs power steering when you have 24in pythons to turn the wheel.

Nice ride but one question. Is that a true CETA? ifso I no longer fell bad about modding the t-total hell out of mine anymore.

I would love to do that to one. just dont think I could bring myself to it.

Yup it is a true CE; car # 2074. A lot of people call me crazy but I'm never selling the car so I'm really not worried about it.

As for the power steering it really isn't that bad with the skinnies on the front. It just takes a little extra muscle.

That **** is crazy. I am not a big fan of putting a carb on a 4th gen, even if it is a "race car". Good luck with the new setup.
