Default my 98 z28 rebuild so far video

Here is a short slideshow of my rebuild so far with some pics of me on my atv at the end to fill the song. Also the cam is not in yet otherwise i wouldve included a video of start up with it. I will keep updating the video as my progress continues.

Yea I dont mind you asking what happened, I was in the middle lane of a 3 lane highway and an f250 just cut me off and in order to not hit him i had to swerve and the rear fish tailed and i just couldnt control it. So its been in the rebuild stage ever since. There was no racing involved in the accident and the person in the truck didnt even stop nor did I we get his plate number. So everything has come out of my pocket for the rebuild b/c I didnt want another claim against my insurance.

thanks guys I really appreciate it, I got an appointment to have the manta stripe put on, on the 23rd so hopefully that goes well. The car has been a fairly quick build considering my budget and ambition. It's nice to know some of this work is finally paying off!!!

Yes sir I believe i used first 150 grit then 400 grit sandpaper and sanded the crap out of it. Then I put primer/filler on 2-3 layers, then I painted it. I used dupli color for all of the paint and primer its good stuff!!! Also I got gloss black but there is plenty of other colors to choose from.

Here is a couple of vids running the car before the paint work was done. The first one my car is the one being filmed and the second the camera is in my car.

Thank you sir, yes they are aftermarket products the hood is fiberglass. I got them from another member either from here or ls1.com he sells this stuff as a side job. I got it all for a great price, the only contact I could proble find if u wanted it was his email address when I sent the payment? PayPal isn't letting me log in right now so if u want it let me know and ill pm u his email address later. The fitment was basically just put it on it was great and easy, my hood doesn't show the best fitment in my pics but thats because as you can see my car was wrecked and still needs a new radiator support put in.
