I have been wanting one and know how fast they sell so I bought it even though there was no picture and He had zero feedback . And only 1 post in 5 years . Here is a copy of the message : ---Quote (Originally by iowahawkeye5)------Quote (Originally by cobraklr)------Quote (Originally by iowahawkeye5)---Hello, I will buy the intake . Send Me a little info .---End Quote---ls6 intake only 84000 miles perfect i just a 90/90 setup thats only reason im selling---End Quote--- I will buy it now . Send Me Your paypal and total to 50317 Des Moines Iowa .---End Quote---send me ur email and ill send u a bill*************** Well He said $ 270 with shipping so I paid through paypal right then on Wed May 6 at 7:53 . Well maybe a dumb question but have you tried to contact him? Send him emails or whatever you have to do but that's not a mistake that should have been made on his part. He probably thought whoever was buying wouldn't notice.

Default intake

Well , sent this message last night to cobraklr and still no reply : Why don't You try to make good on the intake ? Refund Me $200 and I will sell the ls1 for what I can to make up for some of it . I will note on all Your sales that it is taken care of and delete the negative trader thread . I shouldn't have started calling names but I waited almost two weeks to get it so I could install it and then it's not even an ls6 intake . I figured You were just going to dissapear and never post again . I don't know if You did it on purpose or not , but if You really just bought a corvette , You can afford to make it right . If by some chance You do refund it , don't try coming back and saying You paid Me for something and didn't get it . Write that it's for a refund . I'm trying to be respectful , incase it was an honest mistake .

Default cobraklr

Hello , here is the feedback this dumbass left for Me : Bad seller screwed me over never do business with him Buyer cobraklr (1) 05-15-2009 cobraklr05-15-2009, 11:02 PM Screwed me over iowahawkeye505-16-2009, 07:46 AM I was not even the seller in this transaction . I was the buyer and got taken for almost $300 on an ls6 intake that was an ls1 intake when it arrived . Please delete this negative feedback . iowahawkeye505-16-2009, 10:41 PM There is something not working right in a persons head when They sell You a part , send You a whole different part , and then leave feedback saying You sold Them something and ripped Them off . The main problem is I was the buyer . The mods need to google cobraklr and gregory bissette . A lot of stuff will come up . And He is supposedly selling things every day , but the only 2 feedbacks are from the ones who keep defending him . Hey anybody want to buy a lug nut and We can both leave each other good feedback ?

Thats the problem with doing business on forums. Buying or selling can be a PITA and a risk. So this guy ripped you off as the seller then left you negative feedback and claimed to be the buyer? Whew.

Did you put in the comment section of paypal anything like "payment for ls6 intake or something with LS6 intake"

File a claim with paypal. This dude obviously has no intentions of making right on this. Don't wait to long

Im sorry he didnt make this right man. Greg is local to me, and I learned to watch my back dealing with him when I paid him to install Hooker headers, only to find out he installed pacesetters. He wouldnt give me a dime back.

What really sucks is him leaving you negative feedback. How crappy is that? Hey I screwed you over, sent you a ls1 intake, kept your money, and leaving you negative feedback! Thats horrible

hey, wanna sell it or trade I have an ls1 intake w/ egr (gotta be worth more than without...its an added feature!) and I wont leave you negative feedback I promise! No but really, I have had an LS1 car for a long time, and feel like I know a little bit about them, but I probably would have advertised it as an ls6 as well just because of no egr! How the hell do you tell the diff besides that, and I am serious about buying it how much?

The 12556333 manifold shown in the pictures above is an LS1 intake from a regular C5 vette.

The LS6 Intake 12561184 for 2001 2002 F-bodies will have a flat bottom and no EGR provisions.

Here's a link about Intake manifolds
http://www.highperformancepontiac.co..._manifold.html

This is the only LS6 type manifold available with EGR provisions.
SLP LS6 Manifold (with EGR provisions) PN 30041

Default He is a scammer .

I have all His info and a # , don't know if it's real or not . If You want to both go together and turn Him in to Someone in His hometown We can . I have heard of People that got scammed on Ebay turning them in to their states attorney general and getting results . All His threads were put back on the forum so You have proof . Did He take Your money too ? This guy is so ignorant , He put almost the same exact description on here for another Ls6 intake after I already started this thread . The dipshit is not smart enough to at least sign up with a new name . Also , Look at His sale thread about the $ 1600 forged engine . There is another member from here that keeps sticking up for Him . Funny ?

He hasn't scammed me yet. I sent him money about a week ago then he said he would send it back if I wanted when I questioned the authenticity of the "LS6" intake. He said he had to wait for it to clear to his account. Should have cleared by now... The transaction was complete on paypal. PM me the details for his # and his home town. Also PM me the name you have. I will see if it matches up with the name on the paypal he gave me. Thanks

OK now I'm getting pissed. Dude got on today for the first time in about 5 days and didn't respond to a single PM. If you read this, you have limited time to respond to my PMs before I file the dispute with Paypal. I have PMs from you agreeing to refund the money. Please respond immediately. Thanks
