I sold him a shift boot and plate for 75.00 shipped,including paypal fees,I received an email from paypal saying that he did not authorize the transaction and he was requesting a charge back,WTF,He pmd me saying thank you and it arrived on sept 13,and it looked great..Now my paypal account is frozen and I can not access my money..I dont know what this guy is up to,but its no good..

 

Yep, got me too. Sold him a crossmember and 14 days after it was delivered by fedex got an email from paypal about a charge back.

Can someone please freeze this guys account??before it happens to someone else.

 

Its being taken care of right now. I have sent you both emails. There was some miscommunication on the account. I take full responsibilty.

As of right now.

I have sent "my1994z28" a sum of $100.00 thats an extra $25 for the hassle.

I have sent "1tlrms" a sum of $70.00 that is also an extra $25 for the hassle.

I have been on the phone most of the morning with paypal and the bank to get this striaghtened out. On top of pay these guys today. I was informed that they may still recieve the origanal amounts I sent. Which will be $75.00 for "my1994z28" and $45.00 for "1tlrms".

Hey it was never my intentions to pull one over on anyone..My father and I share the account and I was out of town when he got the statement and I didnt have cell service. so its completely a misunderstanding. Thats why i gave you an extra $25 bucks. hopes its enough. I didnt even know what was going on until the other guy had the Michigan State Police call me this morning. I was out of town until yesterday.

Like I said PayPal said they will be reviewing the paper work and you will probably be recieving the origanal $45 in a few weeks. I am good with that also. You helped me out and I appreciate it.

What? I sent you money agian didnt you get it? Which payment the first or the second? Im calling paypal now to see what is going on. If the first payment is reversed and you got the second payment I think you should be happy I gave you extra money for the second transaction. I dont see why I should be banned as I have paid you. Ill post up later when i find out what is going on.

 

I just got off the phone with PAYPAL. They are going to call you as Both the $75 and $100 were sent to you and are currently in your account. So for you to come on here and say I didnt pay you is PURE CRAP. They tell me the origanal $75 is probably going to be pulled back from your account. STILL YOU GOT YOUR $100. IF Im at fault then show me where im wrong and the stuff about your account being frozen is not correct eitehr. As I was on the phone with PayPal they checked your account to see if you got paid and you did TWICE. So instead of being nice about this you threathen me again with the State Ploice. I think I have taken care of you in a timely manner on both cases and now agian as you try and drag me through the mud..Tell me where Im wrong..Please..Im serious.I think Ive done a pretty damn good job of striaghting this out. I didnt have to give you an extra $25 buck either but did for the hassle you went through.
