I ordered some piston rings 10+ days ago and didn't receive any sort of confirmation other than my PayPal receipt. When I contact them all I get is "Hm it looks like your order was marked as a quote". I ask if it's being sorted out, and three days later no response since the last useless email I got. I've been forced to open a dispute in PayPal and now I'm waiting to see how it turns out. Hands down this has been the worst customer service I have EVER received.

Call them, get a person on the phone, and ask for a resolution while on the phone. Email should work, but over the phone should be more efficient.

I used to order from them. The customer service was fine, but it would take 2-3 weeks to get anything you order.

I was personally contacted by Gene and he offered to 2-day ship the rings. I'll post an update when everything is resolved.

They do suck, I waited for two parts for over 4 months and never received it nor any word on if I would ever received them. Finally canceled the order and got a refund for one of the parts but not the other. Posted a thread in the sponsor feedback and was told this is not normally how they operate and it would be looked into. Well that was last Thursday and still have not heard anything nor seen the credit back to my card for the second part.

I have ordered through them before, and yes, it took a little while to get my part. However, they did keep in contact with me throughout the whole process. See if you can pm or call Shane. He's a good guy and will get you taken care of.
