He keeps promising me he will pull it out and ship it to me. I have waited almost four months and have received nothing but broken promises. I email him and pm him all the time, all he does is make up excuses. He has not answered me in over two weeks. This is bull. If he does not have time to pull a engine and ship it, he never should of have sold it in the first place

You need to contact the authorities in both your location as well as his. Thats complete bull **** to get taken for an amount that high.....No one should be cheated out of a dollar let alone $5300

Typically this is a matter that the police will not touch. They will say this is a civil matter. If you had a pattern of several cases where they thought this guy was a con artist, then they would likely take an interest.
