He messaged me about having a part I wanted. I looked at his profile and he joined in January. Has never made any post. So I watched him and all day his activity was in the WTB section. .. seems fishy.

He keeps using the same last name. I bet he probably uses the same IP address. Can they block that if so ?

I do understand your concern and I also would be careful when buying
any item sight unseen, but i'm just a retired God-fearing man of over
65yrs of age and I have been honest and sincere in all my financial
dealings and life endeavors. I will never rip-off your hard earned
money as I work hard for every penny I earn.

I would have loved to take PayPal but my PayPal account is currently
dormant. You have nothing to worry about as Money gram is very strict
and very secure. I would need to tender a recently paid utility bill
and a valid id card both bearing my home address so payments can be
traced if anything goes wrong.

He must be messaging everyone in the wanted section. I ignored him after seeing he just joined and wanted to go through email

 

My friend sent me pictures of a 6.0 for $400. I just realized they were sent today from this guy. I looked more closely and realized the pictures aren't even of the same motor. They are on two different engine stands with completely different backgrounds.

 

i watched his activity he was either in the wanting to buy section or private messaging. Do the mods know this or do we report it?
