If someone in Canada rips you off, what can you do? If someone in canada screws you on selling you parts that werent in the condition they claimed, what can you do about it?

I did some investigating a while back concerning legal action against a Canadian business.The long and the short of it is you're not in a good position legally.Even covert activity is an issue with the timestamp and I.D check at the border.Maybe post up in the Canadian section and see what they have to say.Good luck

Yea, I got taken for $500.00 from Mark Stonehouse in Canada. I have to go to NY next month. I might make the extra drive if time permits. Some people have no idea. Good luck on your deal.
