Default Being screwed by buyer:Brad@RevXtreme

Well I sold him a spec flywheel that had 10,000 miles on it and needed to be resurfaced but was in good usable condition(it was very clear in the pictures) Well at first he put a dispute up on paypal saying he didn't get it(partly my fault I took a few extra days to ship it) and now hes saying its warped and needs to be resurfaced in order to be used(which was clear from the pictures that it needed to be resurfaced and understood when he bought it) So now hes filing a claim saying it needs to be resurfaced and he wants his money back. He did NOT email me asking about it(because he knows hes in the wrong) just filed and changed the dispute.

doesn't matter. paypal wont decide in his favor. I got screwed by BS as well and same ****, paypal wont dispute anything because eBay pays them. and if nobody but eBay pays them, then they just don't care about anybody but eBay.

It happened on this website...so ill most likely lose and get the flywheel that was EXACTLY AS STATED back. The picture is long since deleted off of photobucket I wish I could post it up here for everyone to see. What bothers me is the fact that he chose to ignore me and just decided to do this, almost it seems like getting me back, for making him wait a few extra days.

Paypal will rule in the buyers favor if the item was never shipped. It doesn't matter that it didn't sell on ebay. If the item was shipped and received by the seller, they will rule in the sellers favor. All they care about is whether or not the item was shipped to the buyer.

no. well not when i filed a claim.

i won the claim, but since he had $0 balance, they cant take it from him. so. i still got stiffed.

if he had a balance, yes, they can freeze it, if it was $0. then they cant.

Nah, you might be thinking of something else..This is how it works in this case. He sent me 103$ for the flywheel, then put a hold on my money when he filed a claim, anything over 100 and they take it from paypal immediately. I had 100 in there so right now im at neg 3$..that 100 is in the hands of paypal right now and if I lose he gets it back and if I win they give it to me. I see what happend in your case..but you will eventually get it back..they will eventually send him to collections for the amount. And when he finally pays it back it will go into your account.
