Default air and egr block off plates

hey guys i'm planning on removing my egr and air systems but i need to know where to find some block off plates. LMK if you guys know where to start looking.

dont bother with the plates. i just measured the bought the rite size bolts that fit in the hole a little red rtv and bam done.

Which hole are you talking about? There will be bolt holes that hold the tubes on, but after you remove the tubing, there is a much larger hole that has to be covered...

yea i'm talking about the whole were exhoust gas would come out of on the headers. if you are talking about the big whole on the intake i just made a block off plate and gausket out of some aluminum i had and gasket material

ebay has them, also if you want to you can make them yourself, its really damn easy..

i went to the muffler shop had them cut pipes off of the air and the egr and weld the holes closed then i used a grinder to smooth them out then painted them only cost 10bucks

I went with the Speed Inc. ones as well...they are cheap enough and you aren't going to save much by trying to make your own once you figure in time, labor, and gas of putting your own together.

I haven't heard of power gains, but the benefits include less weight, better looking engine bay, and less crap to work around when wrenching.
