Heres a couple cars I'm considering that are'nt too far from me

I think either one is a pretty decent deal as long as I can jew them down some. Both cars have almost exactly the same mileage, I really want the WS6 but is it worth the extra 2400? Is'nt the firebird lighter than the WS6? I know the WS6 has a better exhuast and suspension set up but I plan on modifying all that stuff anyway. Would the firebird be cheaper on insurance? What do you guys think

Both look prety nice and have low mile's. The insurance will be the same for both. I would get the blue T/A. Use the 2,500 for mods and maybe get a ws6 hood down the road. Also I love the look of a black car when its new, but they are a bitch to keep clean. I had a black toyota in high school and I will never own another black car again.

the firebird will be cheaper to insure but compared to what i have seen people pay for a Ws6 or the firebird they seemed priced to high. The ws6 should be started a 12,000 and the firebird should be started at 10,000 and then you should work them down. I would keep looking see what else is out there. People are wanting to sell everything they can these days. I would get the Ws6 any day over the firebird. First off its black and the ram air is badass. Just my 2cent

I'm leaning towards the WS6 even though its further away, I just like everything on it alot more, the wheels, the spoiler, and of course the hood! Plus its so much more rare and awesome, not many people have them around where I live

those are both decent deals. just to give you an idea i bought a 2000 ss camaro for 14k with 33k miles, so id say come a little down on the ws6 and it would be a better deal. especially now with the economy they will never sell it at that price.
ps in the description it says "RAM AIR handling package" i love the ignorant dealerships.

If you're willing to travel a little there are some better deals to be had on modded cars in the for sale section here. Unless you are looking for a stocker to work with Out of those two I'd say talk them down on the WS6 price. I paid 13.5k for my 99 Z with 17k miles that was in damn near showroom condition over 4 years ago.

Go for the ws6. More attractive than the FORMULA. Plus it will be easier to resell if you decide to do so. Also if you decide to get aftermerket rims, the ws6 rims will be easier to sell then those ugly things on the FORMULA.

I say don't limit yourself to a certain area. Find a car thats everything you want but also a good deal. When I bought my Z28 there were 6-8 cars in my area, but they weren't anything special and not that good of a deal. I drove 6 hours to pick up my Z28 because it was what I wanted. Theres a lot more than two Firebirds out there, and some of them are steals. I say broaden your search.
As far as those two cars go, if you can get the price down on the WS6 then go for it. If not, go with the Formula and Mod it however you like.

We have an excellent for sale section here in the classifieds. It's where I got my hawk from and almost bought several others. This guy was a pleasure to deal with. I almost bought it:

If you care about the big wing, ram air hood, and leather interior, then get the WS.6. If it doesn't matter to you get the formula. I bought a WS.6 because they are more exclusive and I like the way they look better than a formula and I wanted leather interior. Some people could care less and just want that LS1. I originally wanted to buy the WS.6 for the handling package as well, but now I'm gonna put springs, shocks, and swaybars, so that didn't matter.

I would get the WS6 because of the better rims, hood, spoiler, leather and it doesn't look like it might be a V6 firebird lol
This is coming from someone who's owned two WS6s over the past 8 years so I might be a little biased...but with good reason!![Happy](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_stretch.gif)
I would search around a little though, there's nothing like getting a good deal on what you want!
