Default Cut outs vs TD

I see people talking about the TD bottoming out and take ground clearance away so i was thinking what would be better TD or a cat back with cut outs at the collectors b/c you can tuck them up and use the tunnel to run catback and it would save the ground clearance problem. What do you guys think? Which one would preform better?

I think that the duals I put on pull a little harder than my borla and ory did. Not to mention it sound 1000x better than that raspy borla ****. I havent scraped since I had a muffler shop tuck them up close to the body

My TD's sound 1000X better than my cut out does. Im buying some BORLAS right now to replace the cut out. The only thing a cut out is good for is cheap loudness, scaring people, and GETTING TICKETS.

I have not scraped my TDs yet. Just gotta watch where you drive. I can still drive over speed bumps without scratching.

if i go with cut out i was going with the elec ones that you can switch open and closed so at the track i could run open header and street run the cat back. that was the thought behind this.

I have both true duals and dual cutouts. I scrape the cutouts more then the true duals.

i would get a 2.5 dual exhaust over the axle. if you get 3.5 made, you have to go under and thats when you might have some scraping. unless you plan on over 500 horses 3 inch isn't needed anyways. texas speed 3 inch just is dumped before the axle, so you would have no tips.

I didnt scrap my TD's unless it was something sticking up so high that I shouldn't have been driving over it in the first place. Mine was electric also, and the cops around here didn't give a ****, i still got tickets.
