You will eventually have to replace the torque arm also. The frame connectors will stiffen everything up and get rid of the chassis flex common to these cars. We offer tubular and boxed connectors. The boxed are a stronger unit but if your car is really low the tubular ones would be your best choice. All of our frame connectors are weld in type. We have both connectors in stock and ready to ship. If you have any please give me a call.

Definitely SFC's first. Yes, UMI does make both weld-in and bolt-in. I went with the boxed weld-in variety because I had heard that with the bolt-in ones the holes elongate and loosen the bolts.

The SFC's are going to stiffen the chassis like mentioned and you eventually want to add them to your vehicle. We make a nice variety of SFC's including models that are 100% bolt in.
The torque arm is a excellent upgrade too and will be a more noticeable item. It will help a great deal with your traction issues. We also offer a few options on this item and I will be glad to discuss which would best fit your application. Our torque arms can be seen here- http://www.umiperformance.com/produc...ategory_id=130
Another item I would recommend as an inexpensive traction bolt on is a set of relocation brackets. They are priced at under a $100 and make a great difference in traction. They can be seen here- www.umiperformance.com/2012
If you have any questions please ask. Thank you!
