Default Can anybody help?

I just got a mail order tune from tsp and now my car is surging bad and the service engine light came on. Is there anybody in the maryland area that could swing by and help me out with the tune. I cant drive the car as it stalls when put in gear. I would greatly appreciate any help. I have no tuning software and am not very familar with the tuning process.

Try disconnecting the Positive side of the battery and reconnect it and see if that helps if not call TSP.

Disconnected the positive terminal and reconnecetd it and same thing. Car stalls when given slight throttle or when putting the brakes on. Car has a service engine soon light on now and smells really rich.

are you running auto or stick? if you just installed the new pcm, its common for the car to sputter. the pcm has the learn the idle of the car, so let it idle for a 10 min. and give it gas if it wants to die.

P0122 Throttle Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Low Input
P0740 Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Malfunction

try resetting your pcm. turn you key onto accessory, but dont start the engine. remove the pcm-bat and pcm-ign fuses. wait 2 min, turn car off, pull key out, replace fuses. that should hopefully get rid of your SES light. this will not erase your tune!

Yhea I let the car idle for 20 minutes and it still wants to sputter and die. I will try what you said and get back on here and let you know what happened. Thanks for the info guys. Oh and I am running and auto.

I did call TSP and they said the problem could be the wiring which I know its not because it was fine before, car has only 18,000 miles on it before the work. They also said the set screw on the throttle body might need to be messed with and I did this and it did not fix the problem. I dont have any tuner software to monitor the stuff and help would be appreciated. I dont have enough money to have it dyno tuned as I just went through a nasty divorce.

Just came in from garage and I think my ect sensor might be bad. Would this cause it to throw a p0122 code though? Car does seem to be running super rich. I am going to replace the sensor in the morning. I will let you guys know how it turns out.
