Weird nose coming behind dash/under hood when it rains I don't even know how to accurately describe it. Sometimes, it sounds like a vibrating noise but mostly like a vacuum noise. I don't know. It only happens when I drive in the rain.

do you hear it only when your in the car? have you gotten out your rain coat and put your ear down to the engine compartment? i hear wierd things going in my car all the time. the piston slap noise when its cold gets me every time! "oh great, now its knocking!"
