Default Gain of ported tb?

Was up guys, I'm wondering how much gain do you get when you port your stock TB.... Thanks

Just keep it stock and clean along with the Maf untill you do some real mods..Like heads and cam....

Depends on whats done... A H/C car would gain more than a bolt on brotherin. Save it for when you're (if) you're goine H/C. Otherwise you're wasting your money.

or do it yourself, save the money and gain a little throttle response.

My car is a 2000 ws6 and mods are cam, ported 241 heads, u d pulley, and longtudes...

Benefit is part-throttle response, not WOT hp. I've had it done on all the LS1's I've had for that reason. You won't see anything at the track, but driveability is improved.
