The best one is going to be custom grinded to fit your specific application and your other modifications. Good luck - I'd highly recommend actually going to the Internal Engine section and doing a search or calling Texas Speed, Patrick G, or another specialist

OP, do you have a good tuner where you're at?

no such thing of which cam is the best they are all good its all in what you want to do with a set up if your doing nitrous i would do a custom grind from comp cams with lsa of 114 for nitrous set up anything on motor you would want 113 lsa and lower if your using blower then i would look up some blower cams comp cams is your best bet they offer alot of different cam sizes for our cars and also like posted before you will need a good tune.

^ Like they said.. There is no "BEST".. Only what will work with what you want the car to do.. Street car, Track, AutoX, DD?

Do a search in the Internal section before posting a thread.. there is a LOT of info out there.

is this for the corvette? if i were you i'de put the 243 heads and cam from the trans am in the corvette. then sell the trans am to continue to mod the corvette. make sure you have the supporting mods when doing a cam swap. push rods, valve springs, timing set and so on.

there is no such thing as a best cam. It is all in your setup, and how well of a thought out combo you have, and having a good tuner.

I'd agree, there is no "best" cam, or song....but we'd be happy to work with you and help you pick a cam to fits your needs and goals!

I would sprung about my head and if auto, converter selection. Any mid range cam will make just about anybody happy. Something like a 228 or slightly larger. A converter will make or break a setup along with heads.
