Default Blown head gasket

After freakin almost losin my head over what was wrong with my ride.I found milkshake in the oil.I had suspected a blown head gasket from the begining.I changed the oil and ran a compression check and other stuff and today I checked the oil again and thats what I found. Is there any other thing besides a blown head gasket that could have done this.I guess since I have coolent in there I'm gonna have to tear it apart completely now. What do you guys think?

if you can do that, that is what i would do.

coolant and oil, = bad. Bearings don't like coolant much.

Get chametic head gaskets, those are the best, and you wont have to worry about them anymore.

to answer one of your other questions...
yes there is something else it could be...(i hope its not)
a crack in your water jacket (cracked block) will do the same thing...

to answer your other question.
if you did not run much at all like this then no you should not have to break it down(if the head gasket is whats wronge)
a motor flush and i would prime it with good oil b4 you start it..
run it for 30 mins and chage the oil again...
you should be good to go...

yup it does.. a distict poping noise can be heard like a header gasket alot of time...
what your hearing is your power escaping... catch it quik!!!lol..
oh yeh.. stop running your engine like this...
you can mess it up...
replace head gasket flush oil ,prime motor , start, let it heat cycle, shut off change oil again.
test drive
