Default Motor Mount Shopping

So I've decided to get around to buying new motor mounts. I've read the pros and cons with poly and solid, but I also thought Spohns were my only option for solid mounts. I have recently found a set made by UMI, and I was wondering if anyone here had any feedback on them.

I have Spohns solids and wouldn't change a thing. they do make the engine sit about 1/2" higher.

I went with poly and you can really feel the difference. I like them.

For street cars we usually recommend the prothane poly mount. IMO solid motor mounts are pretty rough for a car that sees a lot of street time.

I ran the poly motor mounts last year and they worked great. This year I went ahead and switched to the UMI solid aluminum motor mounts for added weight savings. Driven the car on the street a couple times now and only noticed a slight more vibration, nothing that bothers me. We'll see how they hold up at the track...
