As long as the heads and the cam, intake are not damaged they should be in good shape. With you being in the Houston area is good so you can go pic up parts and check them out instead of buying off someone online and them ripping you off. And if you do buy off this site do some research on the person check there trader rating and look therw there past threads just to make sure your not getting screwed over.....
internals i wouldnt buy used cus those parts can wear out, like pistons, cam, springs etc. But thats just me, others have bought used with no problem. When it comes to bolt ons like exhaust, CAI, and suspension, you shold have no problem if its in good condition.

Yeah I can see where your coming from on the used internals but isn't a cam considered bolt on ? I know it's a internal part but since you don't have to rip apart the block to reomve or install it. I could be wrong but all my suspension parts are used as well.......

i think its more part of the valvetrain. I just call it part of the internals cus its technically inside the block too. I guess they couldnt make up their minds cus the mustang boys have em outside the block lol

Verdad Gallardo I'm running cam, and valve train out of a 2002 z06, everything was in great shape and have had no problems. Just have to make sure you get them from a good source and you look them over before using them.
