I have a 99 WS6 which currently has the following
Built auto with a 3800 stall
Torquer V2
PRC stage 2.5 5.3 heads
TSP 1 7/8" longtubes and TSP x pipe
Fast 92/92
Stock gears
150 shot
I am wondering if the car would benefit from a larger cam? If so what would you recommend? I want something that sounds more aggressive.

What are your goals with your car? If it is a street car then a wouldn't bother changing that cam. It's a good proven mid-sized cam. You could go bigger but may sacrifice some driveability.

You should already be mid 11's. You are second-guessing yourself. Put some sticky tires on it and leave hard, if it's not in the 11's put some gear to it and it will be. Your combo seems just about perfect for your goals.
You've never run it? Dude, swapping your cam now would be like dumping a hot chick right before the first date. C'mon, run that thing.

It runs pretty hard on motor, I have yet to spray it. Just new to all this stuff. I talked to Patrick G he said the car WOULD pick up with a custom cam or even maybe a shelf cam, but the power would only be 10-15 hp.

When cost is factored in with performance gain, the correct cam change will get you more for your money, IF you want a faster time. Changing the gears from 3.23 to 3.73 would make the car FEEL quicker while actually netting you very little e.t. for the cost and headache.
The whole conversation is pointless though if you don't know what the car runs now. It would be different if your original post said "Car feels sluggish, please help". Instead, you are basically asking how to get to a time that you are likely already at.
Save money; Run that thing. Or as a hick co-worker used to say "Far on at hot rod!" I think he was trying to say FIRE ON THAT HOT ROD, or Get on it! LOL
