Will a bigger mass air give u more power

your stock MAF or mass air flow sensor is good for up to 500hp. so no a bigger MAF will change nothing if your car is stock or close to it. dont waste your money

Won't it still act as the bottleneck of the system if one were to get a bigger tb/intake? I guess I just don't get how a bigger tb or intake will benefit if the maf stays the same?

Yeah it can pick you up a few with a bigger intake/TB setup like a FAST if you have an aggressive setup. You will need to do a bigger lid too so that does not bottleneck you...

I have the slp lid... Isn't that a 9x mm to the maf?

The OD of the stock MAF is roughly the same the ID of the SLP lid. You want in minimum the same ID of the lid and the MAF.

no it wont help a damn bit. you can make sure you clean it properly and youll be good to go like they said up to 500hp. i just bought a new one for $360 that im going to attempt to use on my car making around 600ish. wont give me more power, just better driveability.. in theory.
